Julia Hahn’s Happy Hour with Cecilia Corrigan, Lorelei Ramirez, and Amy Zimmer

Nov 28, 2017

My name is Julia Hahn. I am 26 years old, and I studied Foucault and Bersani at The University of Chicago. I like to work with political institutions like The White House and the Goethe Institute. I previously worked at Breitbart and became Steve Bannon’s right hand woman. Steve asked me to come with him to the White House where I got my current gig as a special assistant to the President, specializing in communications.

After work, I take the train up to NY from Washington DC and bartend at Ludlow 38. I’ll do anything for money. Working at the White House pays pretty well but not as much as working at Breitbart used to pay.

I also enjoy bartending because I think that people who attend the events at Ludlow 38 have a problematic sense of self. Providing these people with liquid assets is an honorable political aim.

I’d really like to meet someone, but telling my dates that I used to study a philosopher who encouraged anal sex as a way to shatter your worldview led to a lot of unwanted follow up calls and emails. So I’m taking some time out to concentrate on friendship. I’m not interested in a history of solutions. I’m interested in a genealogy of problems. That’s why I asked some of my friends to come do standup comedy. They’ll do anything for the DEATH LOLZ…
