The exhibition Spaces of Negotiation features the Berlin-based group of architects ifau + Jesko Fezer, and consists of three interrelated parts: architectural projects by ifau + Jesko Fezer; “responding works” and “negotiations” exploring the potential of social architecture with guests from the fields of architecture, architectural criticism, and sociology.
On Saturday, May 24, at 6pm Ludlow 38 will host a special event as part of the exhibition, featuring Negotiations and a discussion between Felicity D. Scott, architectural historian and theorist, assistant professor of architecture at Columbia University and founding editor of Grey Room; and Bernd Zimmermann, city planner and urban sociologist, former director of planning and development for the Bronx Borough President.
